Valerie Todorovich is a designated SBA 504 closing counsel, and concentrates her practice in banking and real estate law.  She is highly experienced in transactions involving leasing, disposition, financing, acquisition, easements, permits, contracts, trespass claims, right-of-way agreements and zoning.  She has worked with government officials, engineers and construction teams on major outside plant construction and highway relocation projects.  She has also worked with banks and borrowers on documentation of all size loan facilities, loan modifications and workouts.  Valerie graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 1991 and from Whittier College School of Law in 1997 with a J.D.  In addittion to her private law practice, she has worked in-house for a national hotel chain, a public utility and acted as General Counsel for a global general contractor.  She is admitted to practice in Arizona and Texas and volunteers for organizations that benefit women's issues.

Renée Tetreault Fortunato has been practicing law in Arizona and Nevada since 1991, first practicing for 15 years in private practice at regional and national firms, and then for 5 years as General Counsel for a large retail developer in the southwest.  During her years of private practice, Renée represented multi-national development and retail institutions in connection with the acquisition and development of mixed-use retail and commercial properties.  Her experience includes negotiation and documentation of real estate financing on behalf of institutional lenders and borrowers, as well as representation of owners, operators, franchisors and franchisees on the due diligence, acquisition, development, financing and operation of malls, hotels, resorts and spas.  Renée is a Certified SBA 504 Closing Attorney, and graduated from Yale University in 1988 and from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 1991.  She is admitted in Arizona and Nevada.  Renée enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Trisha Lotzer began her career in San Francisco, representing the University of California at San Francisco in its healthcare grievance and appeals practices, drafting policies and negotiating contracts with industry partners on behalf of the University.  Since 2007, Trisha has practiced law in Arizona, advising clients on legal issues related to owning and operating medical practices; drafting, negotiating and designing multi-million dollar corporate sales agreements for medical, dental, and professional practices; and designing tax efficient business transactions for corporate mergers and acquisitions.  Trisha also counsels business owners and lenders in connection with financing, SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs, and mediation of disputes.  Trisha graduated from University of California Davis in 1993 and University of San Diego School of Law in 1997.  She is licensed to practice law in both California and Arizona.  Trisha is authoring her first book and mastering the Ashtanga yoga primary series.
